Tomcat requests load issue "Connection refused" -

i have app on tomcat 7.50, works fine on single request on many simultanious requests (~1200) i'm getting:

my server.xml connector:

it's fine if requests rejected , resolved in next iteration, few (~5) getting success before server giving me messaggs

problem memory issue. after releasing stack memory deleting -xmx attribute, issue solved
