i plan create windows forms application in visual basic 2010. utilize azure sql storing info because of possibility have access more places, no need have scheme administrator, think backup solutions , on.

i have no experience creating web applications, that's why decided windows forms application.

i know opinion, if big security risk , of problems can expect. illustration first problem is, wanted allow 1 country on firewall, reached limit 128 firewall rules , not plenty me.

if solution "windows forms application + remote database" ok, database recommend?
