i completed windows 8.1 app , want set in store. first app publishing in store want know how can sign app using self sign certificate. referred various msdn articles points signing certificate apps going sideloaded.

currently utilize test certificate can generated app manifest file packaging tab.

you don't need - store-submitted apps signed store itself.
