c# 4.0 - Using vb6 application in Oracle 12c database -

i have vb6 application working using oracle 10g uses oo4o connect database. recent version (oracle 12c) has stopped supporting oo4o. trying write .dll file in c#, oracle 12c can connected. possible write .dll in c# connect vb6?

please me give reference accomplish task.
