what best strategy synchronize local database server one?

the thought utilize 100% html5 application, every morning, server database duplicated clients, clients work on indexeddb, untill end of day, clients send info server, , server gather them , save them again, can see, lot of work, there improve way indexeddb or mongodb offer connect each other?

if logics in client, don't need mongodb. key-value store rest api , collection query last-modified enough.

i had a sample sync app google cloud storage.
