i installing toad dev suite oracle 9.7.2 , screen stuck on 'preparing configuration files, may take several minutes.' been more 45 minutes , screen still there. dont know if installation going on or stuck.

i have test several versions of toad , if takes more hr 1 screen whole day wasted.

has 1 done installation ? , how much time screen take ?
