visual studio 2013 - ctrl + enter doesn't work after installing resharper -

i installed resharper in visual studio 2013, ctrl + enter (insert blank line above cursor) doesn't work anymore.

resharper re-maps ctrl+enter resharper_forcecompleteitem. map edit.lineopenabove (in tools->options->environment->keyboard in visual studio)

alternatively, if know vi keys install vsvim extension , utilize shift+o insert above , o insert below cursor.
