after research, heard there ways of securing you're contact form , got me thinking.

1.is there actual big threat if don't "secure" you're contact form other spams ? worse possible scenario ?

2.if follow guidelines on how create contact form secure, best place start ? (plugins, tutorials recommendations help !)
